Apologies if theis question has been asked before.

We show event id error 1020/source-Exchange Transport whereby a user account "provided valid credentials but is not authorized to use the server; failing authentication." My question is that the failing account is the administrative account. Yet the acct is not locked out and we can access the server easily. Anyone have ideas?
